The company also exports its products. It operates through a network of 8,000 touch-points, which comprises 2,000 active dealers, 6,000 sub-dealers, and 328 showrooms/display centres. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Noida, India.

Shyam Maheshwari pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA), sales, Distribution, Marketing and Finance & Operation from Udaipur University, Rajasthan. And a short duration course of Team Behaviour Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Shyam Maheshwari started his journey as an Area Sales Manager in the Aditya Birla Group- Grasim Industries. Have worked in prestigious organisations like Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group), Sterlite Industries (Vedanta Group), Somany Ceramics Ltd. (Somany Pilkington). Rich experience of handling products like White & Grey Cement, Tiles (Wall and Floor), Sanitary ware & Bathroom products, Industrial Product –Copper Rods and Cathode.

Presently Shyam Maheshwari is the Vice President of Outsource Operation at Somany Ceramics. As a business head for the company's plant, Shyam Maheshwari closely monitors and controls all business operations to ensure business profitability and achieve the organisations’ goal of obtaining the lowest cost products and delivery. He also Develops and maintains new designs and launch product according to market needs.He is Responsible for the sale of products manufactured at this plant for Pan Indic.

Mr Shyam Currently doing the AC Sheet-Charminar (Roofing Business) leads the business of being the number one market leader in HIL Limited (CK Birla Group Company).  He has the Responsibility for the top line and bottom line of the business.

He Formulated a 3-year vision plan GOAL-2016 to take the Roofing Business to Rs. 1300 Cr and Rs. 2000 Cr of the company. He is a result-oriented professional with over two and half decades of experience in spearheading a wide spectrum in SALES STRATEGY & MARKETING OPERATIONS.
